Summer Program
Basic Details
Our daily four (4) hour sessions include both basketball and volleyball, and provide for a fun and encouraging environment suitable for every skill level.
At the forefront of each training session lies the focus of developing a strong work ethic. Each athlete will learn skills fundamental to on court participation, and will also learn how to foster confidence, wellness, and overall life skills.
Date/Time: Monday - Thursday; 8:00am - 12:00pm
Volleyball: 2 hours (to include game play)
Basketball: 2 hours (to include game play)

Lesson Details
Emphasis on fun and basic skills development:
Volleyball: serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking, court positioning, rotation and court awareness.
Basketball: dribbling, passing, shooting, rebounding, defense, court sense, understanding plays, and game awareness.
