Summer Program

Basic Details

Our daily four (4) hour sessions include both basketball and volleyball, and provide for a fun and encouraging environment suitable for every skill level.

At the forefront of each training session lies the focus of developing a strong work ethic. Each athlete will learn skills fundamental to on court participation, and will also learn how to foster confidence, wellness, and overall life skills.

Date/Time: Monday - Thursday; 8:00am - 12:00pm

Location: Romeo Dallaire - 300 Williamson Drive East, Ajax, ON, L1Z 0H6

Volleyball Sessions:

  • [4-hours]

  • Session 1: July 7th - July 10th

  • Session: 2: July 21st - July 25th

  • Session 3: August 4th - August 7th

Combined Basketball/Volleyball Sessions:

  • [2-hours basketball/2-hours volleyball]

  • Session 1: July 14th - July 17th

  • Session: 2: July 28th - July 31st

  • Session 3: August 11th - August 14th

Cost: $250.00 (including HST)

 

Lesson Details

  • Emphasis on fun and basic skills development:

  • Volleyball: serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking, court positioning, rotation and court awareness.

  • Basketball: dribbling, passing, shooting, rebounding, defense, court sense, understanding plays, and game awareness.

Waiver: Please fill out and sign waiver, attached to registration form.

Equipment: Each participant should have the required attire prior to their entry in the program; athletic attire, running shoes, plastic water bottle and knee pads (volleyball).

We prioritize respect, empathy, and teamwork, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Emphasizing the value of diversity, we encourage constructive conflict resolution and discourage violence. Through these principles, we foster camaraderie, sportsmanship, and personal growth among young athletes learning volleyball and basketball.
